Refund policy

Refunds

All of our items are made-to-order, and we do NOT issue refunds.  You have 24 hours to cancel your order and get a refund before your order is considered "In process" and cancellations and refunds are no longer allowed. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do NOT accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged and we missed that defect before it was shipped to you.  You have 3 days to contact us about a defect or damaged item once the shipping carrier has marked your package as delivered.

To start a return, you will need to contact us at e.i.e.i.uhohhhcreations@gmail.com, please put your Order# in the subject line. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All of our products are considered made-to-order and therefore are non-returnable including gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not allow exchanges so please make sure you order the correct size or email us with sizing questions before placing your order.
